Yes, you can choose a pass that provides unlimited access… with our 24/7s, you can stay even after closing time.
Can I meet clients in the coworking space?
If you meet a client for a quick discussion, you can do so free of charge for up to 20 minutes… if you need more time, you can choose our meeting rooms.
Do I need to book in advance before my first visit?
Yes, Flexi Offices offers a free trial day. You can book a time through our website — the Trial Day option allows you to try the workspace without commitment.
Do you offer monitors for rent?
We have a limited number of monitors available for daily use, which must be returned at the end of the day.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
For membership plans, the minimum commitment is one month — however, if our services don’t meet your expectations, you may cancel your membership within five days after it starts.
How flexible is the contract — can I cancel or switch plans later?
Most coworking subscriptions are flexible monthly renewals. In Flexi Offices memberships can be modified or canceled with one full calendar month’s notice (if you cancel mid-month, it ends at tmid-month of the following month).
Is there a minimum rental period or notice period?
Flexi Offices offers monthly rental terms, with a one-month minimum. No long-term commitment is required but advised to secure some discount and a spot for yourself; memberships can be renewed or canceled monthly. A one-month security deposit is standard and refundable at the end of your term.
What is included in the Hybrid Office rental option?
Our Hybrid Office rental option offers a flexible workspace solution designed for businesses that don’t need a full-time office, but still want a professional, private environment sometimes. With this plan, you can rent a dedicated office starting from 2 days per week, making it ideal for hybrid teams, freelancers who meet clients regularly, or companies transitioning from remote work.
